It is what it is. Not much to say. Solid brass. Doesn't leak when installed with Teflon tape. Arrived quickly.

Check valve
Got the valve and installed it in an old air compressor. It worked like a charm and instead of trashing the old air compressor I sold it and used the money to offset the purchase of a new one. Recycle and GO GREEN!

Great replacement hose
This is a great replacement hose. Sure beats using a chuck repair kit that would cost $6 and probably leak. Used this on my 10 gallon air tank after the hose was cut and it has worked great!

Very good hose reel for the price
I was researching hose reels and found a wide range of quality and price. I hate buying the cheap stuff at the local bargain store (you can pick one up for about $30). But I know these cheap ones always have problems, and I know the high quality ones work without any problems. I know the high quality ones are dependable and they can take a beating (I've worked in a number of places that have these). However, a high quality hose reel it can be $400+. So I thought I'd try this one out - being that the price is reasonable.

So it's been installed for about 2 weeks now and I have to say that I love it. I've read some reviews where this model won't extend all the way out and/or won't retract all the way - I didn't experience this at all. My hose reel extends the entire 50 feet, and it retracts all the way. You can even adjust the retraction force when the hose is almost fully wound - I found that the force was too high the way it shipped, and the end would "SLAM" against...

Professional grade product.
I was surprised at the quality of this reel for the price. I had priced similar hose reels with 1/4 in hose locally for a lot more and was not even close to the quality of this reel. The 3/8 hose mounted to the reel is quality hose and allows a full flow of air to my tools. The fittings used on the reel are heavy duty and should last for years. I would and have recommended this hose reel to my friends.
REALLY NICE
This hose reel is really nice. The hose and reel are both very heavy duty and will surely last me for years to come. I just hung it up in my gargage last weekend. The only issue I am having is that it does not seem to catch (so it does not wind up) as easy as I would like. I have to fuss with it a bit. I am trying to find an adjustment to make this work better, but it is pretty good as it is.
